BIM basics
BIM method is the complexity of technologies, procedures and policies which enable the collaboration between parties involved into building construction and operation in the virtual space. Beyond the 3D modeling, BIM includes the meta-data management stored in the model which enable to individually identify, list and methodyze each model element. This additional information ensures the flow of latest information, the instantaneous and efficient data visulization and management.
More then a 3D modell
The acronym “BIM” is derived from the initials of “Building Information Modeling” methodology. Nowadays “M” is rather associated to “Management,” which refers to a complex process where, in addition to modeling and providing model elements with attributes, a BIM model supports daily work the building in the entire lifecycle of the building.
Building Information Management involves the continuous updating of information, tracking of changes and analyses tailored to the different phases, which contributes to the delivery of the project on time and on budget. Accordingly, today BIM is primarily about the management of building information, in other words, the goal of Better Information Management.

Design

Perhaps the best known use of BIM is in design. BIM helps to better understand, coordinate and improve quality. For many it is just 3D, but it is a powerful tool
Construction

For construction companies and investors, BIM is still a significantly untapped area. The construction industry is struggling with a significant lack of information, without which good decisions and good solutions are unimaginable. BIM provides a framework for this and each user can fill it according to his own needs.
BIM strategy

BIM requires not only technological innovation, but also a comprehensive change in the way organisations operate. As BIM is a relatively new approach, for many companies, a lack of appropriate prior knowledge can be an obstacle to developing a strategy and implementing it effectively. This is where our company can help.
BIM course

The biggest risk of BIM implementation is lack of competence. Our company has developed several types of training in BIM.
